The Caught In The Middle Podcast was my first creative feat. I created CITM because like many others, I felt a building sense of confusion and insecurity building inside me with every click onto social media. These highlight reels we're all guilty of, provoke this constant wondering if we're doing enough personally, professionally, and creatively...
How are they getting so many cool job opportunities? She's making 6 figures and she's how old?! How is she in Europe AGAIN? How can they afford to go out every weekend like that? Why don't I have it all figured out yet?

We're all familiar with these dialogues, and it was through that feeling, CITM was created. Through this podcast I hope to finally shine a real spotlight on what we're going through, with real people, real struggles, and real ambition. This podcast is meant to reveal the one thing I now know to be true for everyone... we're all just #figuringitout. With each episode and each guest, I hope to create a community of listeners who can finally feel understood and supported.
